Production Infrastructure
All processes in our modern facilities, from raw material acceptance to product shipment, are supported by digital traceability systems. Our production line includes hot/cold forging, machining, heat treatment, surface coating (Geomet, galvanizing, Dacromet), and packaging stations.
Capacity and Product Range
We manufacture various standard and custom fasteners ranging from M12 to M200 diameter. Thanks to our production flexibility, we can also produce small quantities of custom parts.
Quality Control
Quality control processes applied at every stage of production are supported by methods such as microstructure analysis, tensile testing, torque testing, and dimensional control. Tests compliant with ISO and EN standards are conducted in our laboratory.
Technological Investments
We continuously improve our production processes with robotic automation, advanced measurement devices, productivity analysis software, and smart warehouse systems.
